LOOM · in development

You already know what your customers want. It is just unreadable.

Every enquiry your business receives is a record of what somebody wanted from you. A hundred of them is a market signal; a thousand is nobody's afternoon. LOOM indexes your website and your enquiries together, and answers questions about your own demand.

Illustrative figures. The point is the fourth row: 41 people wanted something this business does not offer.

What it does

Four things, and the fourth is the one nobody else has.

LOOM runs on its own or alongside WEFT. Connected, it reads every conversation the widget has ever had.

On demand

Re-scan your site the moment it changes

WEFT refreshes every six hours on its own. When you have just changed a price and need it live now, LOOM re-scans on command and the change is in effect immediately.

Metrics

What your website actually did

Conversations, enquiries captured, the rate between them, busiest hours and days, which pages people were on when they asked. Numbers about demand, not pageviews.

Keywords

The words your customers use

What gets asked for by name, how often, and how that moves through the year. Your customers' vocabulary, which is rarely the vocabulary on your website.

Gaps

What they wanted and you do not sell

The requests that went nowhere, grouped and counted. Forty-one people asking for the same thing you do not offer is a product decision, and most businesses never see it.

Ask it

Questions, not dashboards

"Which budgets came in above five thousand last quarter?" LOOM indexes your enquiries so you can ask in plain language instead of reading them one by one.

Reach

Who is worth approaching next

Search your area and your category for the businesses that match the work you already do well, so outbound starts from a list that fits rather than a directory dump.

Connected

Plugs into WEFT

Same content, same index, one setup. What the widget learns, LOOM reads. What LOOM re-scans, the widget answers from.

Seasons

What changed since last month

Demand moves with the season: Ramadan, back to school, the end of the financial year. LOOM compares periods, so you see a category climbing while it is still climbing rather than afterwards.

Email

Reports where your team already works

Built for companies where enquiries are shared, not owned by one phone. Summaries arrive by email on your schedule.

An example of the output

The most valuable line in this chart is a red one.

What people asked about, over one month at a gifting business. Illustrative, but this is the shape of what LOOM returns.

Four situations

What having it would actually change.

These are worked examples, not customer stories. LOOM is not shipped. Each one is a thing a business currently cannot see, and what seeing it would be worth.

01

The product you did not know you should sell

Today

A gifting business turns away flower requests one at a time, over months. Each refusal is a single conversation, forgotten by the next morning. Nobody counts them because nobody could.

With LOOM

The gap report groups them: 119 requests for flower arrangements in one month, with stated budgets attached. That is not a hunch about a new line. It is a demand figure, with a price range already in it.

One partnership with a florist, and the next 119 stop being refusals.

02

Ramadan pricing, live in ninety seconds

Today

Seasonal prices go up on the website at nine in the morning. WEFT re-reads the site every six hours on its own, so for part of the morning the widget is still quoting the old figure to real customers.

With LOOM

The owner hits re-scan the moment the page is published. The index rebuilds, and the next visitor is quoted the new price. The six-hour cycle stays as the safety net underneath.

Automatic for the days you forget. Manual for the day it matters.

03

The quarter review that took a week

Today

Four thousand enquiries sit in a shared inbox. Answering "which budgets came in above five thousand, and what were they for?" means somebody reading for two days and guessing at the rest.

With LOOM

It is a question typed in plain language. Every enquiry is indexed, so the answer comes back with the conversations it came from, and you can disagree with it by reading them.

The reason this is a product for bigger companies: below a few hundred enquiries, reading them is still possible.

04

Outbound that starts from a list that fits

Today

New business means a directory export, a thousand rows, and a week of messages to companies that were never going to buy. Volume substitutes for aim.

With LOOM

It already knows the work you do well, because it read the enquiries you won. Reach searches your area and category for businesses that match that shape, not every business in the emirate.

A shorter list you believe in beats a long one you resent.

Status

In development, and honest about it.

LOOM is being built. There is no release date and no price. What is described here is the product we are making, not a product you can buy today.

On finding people: the reach feature works from business and public listing sources, and we build it to respect UAE data protection rules and the platforms' own terms. It is for finding companies worth contacting, not for compiling profiles of individuals.

Early access means influence. The businesses who try it first decide which of the features above ships first. If you are drowning in enquiries now, say so. That is exactly the situation it is for.

Early access

Tell us what you would ask your own enquiries.

If you could put one question to every customer conversation your business had last year, what would it be? That answer shapes what we build next.
