WEFT · a Velvet product
Most enquiries arrive after you have closed. WEFT puts a chat box on your site that answers from your own price list and policies. The moment someone is ready to order, their name, number and request land in your WhatsApp.

Sent to the number you nominate. Your own WhatsApp is never connected.
How it works
Setup is a conversation and a single line of code. After that it runs on its own.
Your prices, packages, delivery areas, lead times, the questions you answer ten times a week. Your words, not ours.
A chat box appears in the corner. It matches your site, works on phones, and nothing else on the page changes.
Browsing questions it handles alone. When someone is ready to buy, you get a message with everything they told it.
What it does
Prices move, seasons come, and a bot that was correct in March is a liability in June. Most of what follows exists to keep that from happening.
WEFT re-scans your site four times a day. Change a price on Tuesday morning and it is answering with the new one by lunch, with nobody telling it to.
Name, number and the request in the customer's own words, as one message on a number you nominate. No dashboard, no inbox to remember.
Where a team shares enquiries rather than one owner handling them, the same enquiry can go to your business email instead, or as well.
Prices, packages, delivery zones, lead times, policies. It quotes your figures, in your currency, using the words you use for your own products.
"Do you deliver to Business Bay, and what does it cost?" is answered from your zone list: the actual area and the actual fee, not an estimate.
Occasion, budget, date, delivery area. The four things you would need before quoting. They arrive with the lead, so your first reply can be the quote.
The widget sits in its own frame, so it cannot break your site's layout and your site cannot break it. Phone, tablet, desktop, dark mode.
A customer who asks three questions is not treated as three strangers. The thread holds, so by the time they give you their number the bot already knows what they were asking about.
No flow builder, no drag-and-drop canvas, no project that sits half-finished. Send us your price list and we hand you a working widget.
Who it is for
If your customers ask about price, availability, timing and area, the answers already exist. They are just locked in your head and your WhatsApp. We go one market at a time, so each gets the questions, the prompts and the demo built for it.
Gift baskets, corporate gifting, wedding and party planning, personal shopping. High enquiry volume, most of it after hours, and nearly all of it the same twelve questions. The bot answers those and collects occasion, budget, date and delivery area before it hands over.
What it gets asked
Agencies and brokers, where a single enquiry is worth what a hundred gift baskets are. The after-hours problem is the same and the stakes are higher: a buyer browsing listings at midnight either gets an answer or opens a competitor tab.
What it gets asked
Being straight about this one: real estate means searching live inventory rather than answering from a page, so it needs a listings feed and proper filtering, and it is being built rather than configured. Dubai property is RERA-regulated, which shapes what any automated system should state about price and availability. Not on sale yet.
Deliberately unchosen. The first was picked because the reference customer was already there, and the next should be picked the same way: by the business that turns up, not by a market study. The shape we look for: a real service with fixed answers, enquiries that arrive at night, and a lead worth following up by hand.
Likely candidates
If your business is not on this list, get in touch anyway. The list is where we expect to go next, not the limit of what we will build. Tell us what your customers ask you and we will tell you honestly whether WEFT already fits, needs work to fit, or is the wrong tool for you. Where it needs work, we would rather build it around a real business than guess at one. velvetworksco@gmail.com
